Tubing Details

Roscoe Village, Coshocton

The slow way down the river

Tubing is the trip with nothing to do. No paddle, no steering, no skill — you sit in the tube and the Tuscarawas carries you the 4.5 miles down to the Muskingum. We use BOTE Hangout FLOATubes, which are military-grade PVC rather than the pool-toy kind, with a mesh floor and a backrest.

$30.001 Person Tube

River float tube · Shuttle included

  • Capacity 300 lbs. One person per tube.
  • Float as a group D-rings on every tube, so you can lash together and drift the whole way as one flotilla.
  • The trip The Eagle Trip, 4.5 miles. Tubes move at the river's pace, so allow three hours or more.
  • Included Tube, life jacket, and the shuttle ride back to your car.
  • Bring Sunscreen, a hat, water, and shoes you can walk a gravel bar in. Personal handheld coolers are fine — no glass, no Styrofoam.
  • Walk-ins No reservation needed. Come early in the day so you are off the water before the last shuttle at 3PM.
